The Winged Foot Title team has received an HSBC approval letter in only 8 days.

How did this happen?…is probably what you are probably wondering right about now.

Well, here are the details behind this amazing short sale.

The short sale request was submitted to HBSC on 9/13 and the approvals were received on 9/21.

The original loans, from Decision One, originated in mid-2005 in the amounts of $166,400 and $41,000.

The approved contract price was $65,000.

The approved net to HBSC was $59,148 and $1,000, respectively.

Finally the approved real estate commission was 5 percent.

If you have a short sale that looks something like this, you should definitely contact Winged Foot Title. It’s possible that you could get approved in only 8 days too!
